Women’s Leadership Institute (WLI) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to elevating the stature of women’s leadership in business and politics by improving society’s understanding of the value of diversity in leadership roles, training women in leadership skills and conveying the positive impact women leaders have on economic development, vitality and the overall health of the state of Utah. WLI believes that a woman’s voice matters, and that it is not only important to get involved in politics, but also to run for office in order to get a seat at the table and have a vote on policy.
