URGENT: Ask senators to vote NO on sweeping changes to Utah’s Medicaid program (SB 172)!

SB 172: Medicaid Waiver Amendments by Sen. Daniel Hemmert (R-Utah) proposes to make significant changes to Utah’s Medicaid program that could lead to dramatic cuts in services, and care provided to some of Utah’s most vulnerable citizens. SB 172 will be heard in a public hearing in the Senate Health & Human Services Committee TOMORROW at 2:00pm.

Lending your voice to this issue lets Committee members know the public is concerned about passing sweeping changes to Medicaid that could jeopardize access to healthcare for thousands of people in Utah. Please take a moment to email these Committee members and let them know your concerns about this bill!
