Utah Department of Health’s Medicaid insurance plan, called the Primary Care Network (PCN), currently covers only a limited number of medical services under this program. Many important and critical medical services were omitted from coverage such as inpatient and out-patient care and hospitalization, leaving participants without medical coverage in many circumstances when they need it the most.
HB 325: Primary Care Network Amendments, by Rep. Steve Eliason (R-Sandy), would enhance coverage for critical medical services like hospitalization for Utah families covered under the state Primary Care Network program. Let’s help get it passed!
HB 325 will be heard in the House Health and Human Services committee TOMORROW MORNING at 8AM. Email the members of the committee TODAY and ask them to vote YES on HB 325!
