Joining JayMac will be Representative Stephen G. Handy (R), a member of the Utah House of Representatives representing District 16. Representative Handy is trying to bring forth legislation that would allow law enforcement to temporarily confiscate someone’s firearms if they were deemed a threat to others or themselves.
