You can mail your ballot through the Postal Service.
Ballots must be postmarked today. Putting your ballot in a mailbox before 5p DOES NOT GUARANTEE it will be postmarked today. If you choose to mail your ballot today, be sure it gets postmarked!
No stamp? No problem! Some counties cover postage for mailed ballots, while others don’t. However, if you don’t have a stamp, you can still put your ballot in the mail, and it will be delivered to your county clerk without a stamp.

All counties offer multiple ballot drop box locations – for free! Find dropbox locations near you at vote.utah.gov or on your local county elections website. Ballot drop boxes will remain open until 8:00PM tonight.
In counties with drive-up voting, eligible voters who are missing a ballot may request a new ballot at drive-up locations. Ballots attained at a drive-up location must be filled out elsewhere and cast by mail or drop box. Learn more.
Some counties with drive-up voting locations allow unaffiliated voters to register for a party on site and receive a ballot for their new party. Check with your county clerk to find out if this option is open to you or check this article for more info.
